Simple list is the ones who do not. I'd haven;t had to resend to anyone once they had it and is was valid.

Some situations are strange. It seems with some vendors, if they have never shipped to a particular FFL, they want the FFL to fax or email a copy. THEN, they have it 'on file'. But if it expires, they want a new copy sent. I don't quite understand it because ATF has a list of current valid FFL holders. I'd think it would be in a vendor's best interest, and easier, to just use the ATF's FFL EZ check.
