I may be late to the game but today I was driving through Phoenixville and noticed the most distressing sign; French Creek Outfitters is Out of Business.They are the only local gun store I actually bought a firearm. They looked strong. Big loss.

Yeah, it was early in the year. King's bought their range equipment and should just be waiting on the chirus to open.

You need to branch out more. There are better options in the area. Tanner's and The Bunker are two that spring to mind immediately. Better prices, top notch folks behind the counter. FC was just a retail shop where everything was overpriced. Only good thing was they had an indoor range, albeit a small one.

I only ever really went there for the range. During the Newtown panic, they jacked their prices harder than anyone else. I also remember encountering a sales person who was spouting some Dem talking points, but that's one individual not the whole place.

When I saw that King's got the range stuff, made me very happy. Damn Chirus, I'd be blasting away over there happily by now...

Funny to see this thread. I drove by the place today. The owner really screwed himself by raising the rent so high. Now the place sits empty. I think they were anti gunners. Who raises the rent 100% at one time?
