no not an elite member of the MD carry club

Utah/AZ wont work even with this

    (11) Any person while carrying a firearm in any vehicle, which person possesses a valid and lawfully issued license for that firearm which has been issued under the laws of the United States or any other state.
    (12) A person who has a lawfully issued license to carry a firearm pursuant to section 6109 (relating to licenses) and that said license expired within six months prior to the date of arrest and that the individual is otherwise eligible for renewal of the license

That’s what I was under the impression of as well, I thought I remember back in the 2012-14 range our AG made that change that out of staters must have their home state license or permit in order for a reciprocal out of state license/permit to be used in PA

Kalamity Kane did make it so Pa residents couldn't use other states LTCFs if they didn't have a Pa license. But I never saw any ruling that this applies to residents of other states.

I don’t know where to find it in the actual titles, but this is a copy/paste from the AG websites PDF on firearm laws for PA:

“ Pennsylvania recognizes concealed carry licenses issued by states without applying for a separate Pennsylvania concealed carry license – if the concealed carry license holder is (1) a resident of that state and (2) 21 years of age or older. Pennsylvania specifically recognizes concealed carry licenses from the following states regardless of reciprocity type”

Here is the link to that PDF if anyone wants to read it: https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/wp-c...ary.pdf#page11

    On page 45

NOTE: Concealed carry licenses issued to either non-residents of the above listed states or individuals under the age of 21are not recognized by Pennsylvania, and those individuals are not legally allowed to carry a concealed firearmin Pennsylvania.
Pretty much sums it up and I doubt many people know this.

Yep then she was indicted, and convicted of perjury, obstruction of justice, and other illegal activities and eventually jailed.

But yeah her legacy is still keeping Pennsylvania safe to this day.
