This has been happening for YEARS, it's usually high school age kids, black kids, in groups and laughing. Not starving kids, these are well-fed kids with $200 sneakers and smart phones.

I don't think you can call it "racism" when that's a purely factual observation. Our media and our schools actively tell black kids that the white world has been cheating and oppressing them, that they are owed "reparations", that our criminal justice system is racist so it doesn't mean anything when a black man is railroaded into jail, that they are "entitled" to everything they need.

If "non-violent crimes" are never prosecuted, that's the end of civilization, because it's the end of private property, the end of the trust that's required for free markets (or socialism, for that matter) to work. You don't have to murder people to destroy a civilization, just remove any guarantee that your car or your house or your dog will be where you left it when you finish work, eliminate the possibility of urban stores ever making a profit. Kill off all entrepreneurialism, and the USA dies.

The same people who decry the "food deserts" in the shithole areas of our cities, are the ones who oppose prosecuting the people like these cockroaches who destroy small businesses. If you have a 1% profit margin like a typical grocery store, then for every $100 of stuff stolen you have to sell $10,000 worth of stuff at full price to break even. So some recent immigrant comes in (like the victims in the video), he invests every dime in a mini-mart, he works 20 hour days and sleeps in the back of the store with his family, the locals steal him blind, he goes bankrupt and closes, and there's no longer a store in that neighborhood. And racists like Michelle Obama blame whitey for the absence.
