Did you google solvent traps before seeing the ads? The tech giants use your browsing history to send targeted ads.

If not, they are reading your mind

I just saw a "sleeper cell ATF" account on here trying to sell a solvent trap as well. Hopefully, people aren't stupid enough to fall for this, but if they do...they deserve what they get.
    Account name please.

People buy them to legally make their own suppressors too. If you wait for your tax stamp to arrive before modifying then you're all good.

Not entirely true, they changed the rules, if the guts are center marked or dimpled they rule its tha same as drilled. So some of those "kits" are unregistered silencers without ever touching them

Sorry, but if govt is going to let prisoners out of jail, I have no problem with someone doing this during this time.

Doubly so if the FBI actively sets people up to ruin their lives like General Flynn.

Fuck them all. (especially the ones reading this)

How much? I have been searching for a left handed smoke shifter since my first Boy Scout camping trip in 1966.
Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

In the PCP world they are referred to as moderators or LDCs...and are made from plastic, so it cannot take the pressures of a centerfire cartridge, but yes, same thing other than materials used.

Looks like you found the ad.

Most of these solvent trap kits are offered with poor materials for those that do not know. Aluminum is ok for say 22LR, but it won't hold up to centerfire calibers. If you are going to spend $200 on a stamp, you might as well build with quality materials.

Just to be clear, I never said solvent traps weren't legal to own. It's the fact that you can call it whatever you want...no one I know uses a solvent trap. This is just a poor man's suppressor and we all know it.

All I was saying was that I never saw these FB ads for solvent traps until recently.
