Re: Does PA accept concealed carry from other states
Sorry but the answer is no. Here is a link you can check for yourself. https://www.co.berks.pa.us/Dept/Sher...city%20MAP.pdf You can always get a UT permit. Then you will be covered. It wont happen overnight.

According to page 12 of Pa’s reciprocity agreements it is not.

It is my understanding (and if I am wrong someone will quickly call
Me out).
That as you have a CC permit from your State, you can get a nonresident Pennsylvania LTCF.
(We don’t per se have cc permits, we have a license to carry firearms)."Cives Arma Ferant"

Re: Does PA accept concealed carry from other states
Actually a Utah or other nonresident permits will only give the nonresident the ability to carry in "any vehicle." It is exemption #11 of PA 6106. According to exemption #11, the Illinois permit will allow you to carry in your vehicle in Pennsylvania.
If you have an Illinois permit, the best bet is getting a Pennsylvania license to carry in one of the gun friendly counties, like Berks County.

Re: Does PA accept concealed carry from other states
Assuming you have an IL. licence, then you can easily obtain a Pa LTCF for $20 in many cases less than a half hour. But you would need to apply in person. As a nonresident you can sheriff shop for a county that issues to non residents. Many will, some will not. You can legally carry in Pa while in your vehicle with your IL. license.

But that LTCF might be impossible to get until the chirus shutdown is lifted, check with the applicable Sheriff's office before going out of your way.

Get your self the Concealed Carry App (if you have a smart phone) with a pistol superimposed over an American flag background. It provides info and comparisons for all states.
