I spoke to the guys at Village Arms today. They are in Gap, PA.
They are allowing one or two people in the shop at a time for firearm purchases.
One on each side of the store essentially. For pick ups or accessories they will meet
you at the door and take your credit card for a quick purchase.
It sounds like they have a decent amount of ammunition and magazines in stock.
But you can tell it’s starting to get a little tougher.

One could search FFL’s on Gun Broker and call around to see someone will be willing to do the transfer.
