Just kept them as a "possible"...used to be a developer years ago, as well as a builder...plus, the amenities were quite nice, but kiddos are getting older. Yeah, a 20 year old investment...

Dad bought a few acre lot in Lackawaxen in the late 70's. He was thinking of building up there when he retired.

I think that changed after the influx of two platers.

Most townships have zoned them gone and we are still pushing so even ones in permitted areas will be subject to inspections, maybe hotel tax and even sprinklers.

If our Pocono stores actually gave a crap the first hour would be seniors and the second hour would be locals with a valid local pa license and second form of ID.

Great idea with automatic outrage and discrimination attached to it if it were announced.

Lot's do it. Bushkill Falls free with local zip, I used to be able to run the park service with my tractor because of my zip code. My friends from Williamsburg got in free as residents. Years ago some retailers around here gave local discounts. Give some benefits to the people that support them year round.

I didn’t realize the falls were free for residents, that’s cool. I wish the stare parks would charge out of state residents a nominal fee and put it towards clean up efforts.
