    open for interpretation.
"Travel required for non-residents to return to their place of residence outside the commonwealth"
to me that says, get the f' out with no real limit on OOS or OOC people. but then he is one of those "hug an illegal" types. so who knows.

libs love to interpret things and i interpret that as an order to clear out the commonwealth's sanctuaries.

Just received this from my state Senate representative Scalvo.

Governor Wolf Reiterates President’s Call for NY Travelers to Self-Quarantine

I have been insisting that Governor Wolf reiterate President Trump’s call for a mandatory two week quarantine for people traveling from New York into Pennsylvania. The Governor addressed this today at his 1 pm press conference. Thank you Governor for listening to the people of Northampton and Monroe County!

A message will be posted on PENNDOT message boards along the NY/NJ border stating that those coming from New York should be self-quarantining for 14 days.

Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine provided a Coronavirus (COVID-19) update. Watch this update here: https://pasen.wistia.com/medias/qjwk9dihiz

If he was really serious about controlling ingress and egress as he declared when he closed businesses he'd be closing the borders.

The GOV of RI looked into that and said from a legal standpoint she cannot close boarders which is why they are looking for NY plates on cars driving around.

There were things Wolf could have done from day 1 to mitigate it a bit like suspending commuter buses and I guess his new scary warning sign campaign. It looks like the president may step up and ordered the NY boarders closed on all sides. I’m sure Cuomo would go against it even if he agreed deep down inside just to show his willingness to disobey federal law one more time and gather more support for his upcoming nomination for POTUS. If it does happen let’s hope it backfires for him big time.

On 911 they locked down NY. You couldn't leave or enter for I forget how many days. What is wrong with doing that now to keep the infested rats there? Just let essentials in and essential trucks in.

Read an interesting article today. Gov. Cuomo is threatening to sue the governor of Rhode Island over RI's measures to keep New Yorker's from migrating to RI. Seems Mr. Cuomo is defending his New Yorkers CONSTITUTIONAL rights under the fourth amendment. When I was in grade school I learned to count 1,2,3,4 etc. Guess New Yorkers and Cuomo learned differently. 1, 3, 4 and any other number they see fit.

Sounds like RI is imposing common sense restrictions on the 4th.
