Re: Wolf Relents and Declares FFLs Essential Businesses. They're open!
Hard to say really. I would love to be corrected if I am getting this wrong by anyone closer to it all, but I thought this was a good display of the exercise of judicial power.
1. Future challenges were not foreclosed.
2. Majority stays silent.
3. Dissenters, who might have remained silent, lay out a clear roadmap for what Wolf has to do to prevent a wholesale loss in the next challenge.
4. Court does not do more than it has to.
5. Court does not prematurely endorse or limit Governor as the current situation plays out.
6. Political process kicks in and the Governor backs off and follows the advice more or less of the dissent.

I love the defacto waiting period we have for FFL firearm purchases now. With gun shops operating by appointment only there can only be so many time slots in a day. Have a gun come in a day they are booked full? You'll have to wait a day or more until they aren't to get it.
How is this not a violation of state and federal law?Si vis pacem, para bellumμολ ν λαβέWhat country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms!
