Regardless of any official statistics, unconstitutional violations of people's 1st amendment rights is never acceptable. As we've seen, when it has been convenient for dicktater Wolf and his health dept. dicktaster, they have looked the other way and even violated their own mandates. These may not seem like tyrannical abuses of their offices but it shows a mind set that the laws are for thee, not for me, and that is the definition of tyranny.

The all seem to forget that the mandate states if you have a health condition you are not required to wear a mask nor are you required to provide documentation of said health condition.

Doubtful this bill goes anywhere. Considering the penalties for a class 2 misdemeanor in PA are up to 2 years in prison and up to $5000 fine? That’s just ludicrous if they pass this for not wearing a mask.
