Makarov holster that racks slide

I recall seeing a show where they would have different special forces from difference countries compete on a course. Show isn’t important but I remember they had the spetznaz and they had a holster that I think was for a Makarov. It held the gun by the slide and when you drew it you would push the gun down out of the holster this racking the slide and chambering a round ready to rock and roll.
Does anyone know where to get one of those holsters and what guns they will work on? I don’t understand why nothing like that has been developed for any other gun. It seems to be a great way to carry safe but quickly be ready if trained properly.

Any help will be appreciated.

Nobody else uses one because they carry with one in the chamber. The russians don't because the makrov isn't drop safe.

Best bet for finding one is to keep an eye out on ebay and gunbroker.

My everyday carry rig is a mak. Would never think of something like that, carry one in the chamber,
with hammer down and safety off.

Couple years ago a Russian emigre (now a US citizen) showed up at one of our club matches with a Mak and the rig you describe. The Mak is supposed to be holstered with safety on and and chamber empty. When pushed down the holster racks the slide chambering a round and disengages the safety. He used quite well and it worked every time.
