What's the sense in trying up sell a pistol right now?
With no ffl to process it, you can't ever actually complete your sale. Am i missing something? Are people just hoping to line up future sales that might fall through as monetary priorities shift?

Why can't you complete the sale? PICS is still active and doing background checks (they are very busy and it may take longer to get through though) and some FFLs are staying open (at least for now)

And there are FFLs on this site that can scoop up a buy.

Gunsmith FFLs are very active processing transfers for those smart enough to give them a call...
They almost all work from home already! Lol

Re: What's the sense in trying up sell a pistol right now?
Here in the center of the state (State College), I'm open and doing transfers. I did 3 yesterday and got through to PICS pretty easily. And in the time between my calls (10am-2:30pm), PICS did over 3000 checks (raw number approvals from my first to my last). I believe we will see Wolf revert to it being "suggested" that businesses be closed once the numerous lawsuits are ruled on this coming week. Joshua Prince and a lot of other lawyers have submitted asking for injunctions and I think Wolf is going to lose badly. Also, there are no provisions in the law (other than martial law) for the PSP to close the PICS down.

I assume both parties need to appear in person to do a pistol transfer?
