the problem is that it won't happen... because of some obsure part of the law they will quote.... how it is a public disturbance? if he didn't have a camera, they would probably arrest, handcuff and let the court system hash it out.

Sometimes the threat of lawsuit or removal of qualified immunity should make them stop and think.... The one cop really tried to escalate the situation as well..

Good luck going through the courts and getting out of jail. You test them now and you sit in jail for the next month+. Doesn't matter if they arrst you wrongfully right now.

I'm not saying it wasn't illegal. But there is zero repercussions to them right now. Judicial system is closed!

Why not? What's to stop them? 10 cops vs. 1 guy and zero courts to back us up. At least do this in numbers if you're going to test them.
