Blacks and immigrants happened to have been poor because of discrimination and your reordering the objects of the legislature in writing these laws does not contradict my statement.
Gun control was and is racist and through systematic application of racist laws and propaganda the racists have convinced their target population to embrace all the targeted laws.

Re: PA Sheriffs use COVID as a reason to suspend LTCF processing.
Sorry I guess the Actually threw me. I spend a bit of time trying to educate people around me on the roots of gun control. That and planned parenthood. The whole field of weeds thing and never having a unique thought really pisses me off. I’m all men are created equal with inalienable rights believer to the core.

I have visited FB pages and official websites and updated my list. Please take a moment to check the info listed for your home county and be sure to let me know if you have further info that is not currently included.

Re: PA Sheriffs use COVID as a reason to suspend LTCF processing.
I just called Blair County...they are appointment only, but not scheduling appointments. She asked when my LTCF expires (4/20/20) and then she stated there is currently a "grace period" up until May 31. They are "allowing us" to carry until that date, IF your permit expired after 3/31/20. I am to call back closer to that date and see if I can get an appointment, or if we're allowed to just walk in.
If I didn't personally know the Sheriff, I'd swear he was against us.

Re: Letter from Sheriff Ott
Maybe you could be specific in what I wrote that led you to this question.
Regardless I don’t know of any modern conventional holsters that completely encase the gun. The oddball sneaky Pete and that leather down the pants thing plus thunder wear are the only things but they aren’t holsters. Flap holsters aren’t considered conceal carry and pretty slow for open but you can use one if you want. The Gun is the Badge of a Free Man

No, no you don’t. It’s written about as to the ruling on the exemption on the forum a lot. Police don’t work for the governor. If you are willing to carry open in Philadelphia on a 1 moth expired ltcf I will video it. Saying you’re not enforcing a law is different than not enforcing a law. Wolf has immunity against prosecution and the AG wouldn’t charge him anyway.
