Re: Budsgunshop.com horrible customer service.
I was eventually able to get someone on the "live chat" to have someone call me and they took the payment over the phone. Now the order shows in Shipping. Still waiting for the thing to ship. Experience was not worth the 30 dollars saved.
I usually use GrabAGun.com with no issues and even after the transfer fee I'm still usually ahead of the game by 50 to 60 dollars on smaller items and several hundred on big ticket rifles. I need to stick with them.

I've never had a problem with Bud's, Kentucky Gun, or Davidson's.

Re: Budsgunshop.com horrible customer service.
Most times price and service go hand in hand. Want high service, pay the higher price. Want a low price. Be prepared for low service. You really cant have both and stay in business. Go into a speciality store and they know exactly how to fix the broken thing you are working on. Home depot has it in aisle 24. Quit whining and support your local.

Re: Budsgunshop.com horrible customer service.
You are not throwing it away. You are getting something in return for it ... more personalized service, immediate delivery, ease of transaction, the opportunity to handle the product before buying it. It is never a bad idea to shop around. If you don't think those things are worth your money, that's perfectly OK but it's not fair to say you "threw away" $30.
I buy things online all the time. I am not saying people should support a local business simply because they are local. They should support them only when the entire product and service combination is worth the extra money in my opinion. Obviously Buds Gun Shop is being dishonest with you. All these hidden fees are there as a way of making up the "too low" price that they advertised.
