    Pennsylvania will honor all permits for nonresidents, but only for automobile carry. It is exception #11 in PA 6106.

    That may end up being a matter of perspective. PA has a couple dialects, which an outsider may same opinion about those folks.

    Actually it doesn't bother me at all. I am a Philadelphia native so, I am sure that will build my non trust status even more. I am a Flyers, Eagles and Phillies die hard fan and proud of it. I am a gun toting, fishing, hunting, Republican and God fearing city slicker who loves being in the woods. WOW that's a lot of oxymoron's in one sentance. But all true.

    Never heard of dual residency. You can't have 2 driver's license, you pay federal and state taxes in one place regaless as to where you work. register your car in one state, vote in one place.
