I have the PC9 and I like it...I also am looking for a PCC and the new Ruger PC charger looks nice. I just do not like how heavy they are as Ruger has a chassis surrounding the receiver itself.

Some Extra owners have reported over 10k rounds through them...I just don't feel that a mostly polymer firearm will be as durable for SHTF.

I'll probably end up with an FX-9 since it's receiver is smaller than mil spec AR15. Or I'll go with a Foxtrot Mike AR-9.

I also want to KISS when it comes to mags as buying more mags is not an option for me.

I love my Extar.....soft recoil and very accurate with a red dot...the hard part is trying to get one as they sellout pretty quickly. I didn't care for the B5 grip so I switched it to a BCM.

Not too bad to clean and really no lubricant is needed as per Extar.

I know it's not very available and much more expensive, but this past weekend I shot my HK SP5 suppressed and it is much quieter than my Scorpion. The EVO action is much louder. HK sounded like a pellet gun. I'm sure any other MP5 clone would be the same. Just a little piece of data.

They're out there if you're willing to pay $3k+. There are several on Gunjoker. One seller has groups of 2, 3, 5 sequential SN's, but like $4k each. Hopefully prices will fall once this 'pandemic' nonsense settles.
