isn't how it works here in freeer lands.
but this is the land of punished mistakes (instead of pretrial processing) and released repeat criminals like NJ/NY. where you accidentally bring your sidearm and go to jail but the guy with an arm length of violent charges from teenage onward pleads down to probation and time served for crimes committed with a stolen firearm while on probation for the same type of crimes. or NY where you are just bribed to come to your trial instead of held.
i really don't trust their system nor the people enforcing it.
last cop i interacted with here had no questions about my plates, in a vehicle clearly not registered to me, didn't ask for id's or paperwork, why i was in uniform or armed. just wanted to know if a tow was on the way. pa is great.

    BTW, where’s yours?
Still have it. It had to folded before laminating to fit in wallet. Had SS# on it.

    No kidding again?

It should be apparent that mine had all the same information, as required also, after scanning the licenses I simply “erased” the pertinent information I didn’t want to be seen, hence “edited”.

It really isn’t that difficult to do.

BTW, while many did fold before laminating, some laminated it normally, and then folded it, you just had to be sure not to trim it to close to the paper.

interview with his lawyer in the beginning. (i believe its his lawyer)
ammo was supplied by his company.

really sounds like they were throwing everything at the wall to see what could stick, maybe to save face or maybe to see how far they could press their agenda.

NJ State Police website says it isn't a hollow point.

How come his employer is hanging him out to dry by: 1. Suspending him for carrying his employer issued ammunition. 2. Not providing him (their employee) with a fully paid defense attorney.

Ha! You are right - that was his first mistake. He should have moved when he became an adult and become an armed security person elsewhere.

Because armored car companies are and always have been complete garbage and never back their employees when an issue arises including on the job. Use your gun and your fucked and on your own.

Mr Noir is again 1000% right and this case proves that no amount of “common sense” laws and regulations will ever be enough.
