Default Gov. Wolf wants more money invested in gun control

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Governor Tom Wolf is urging the General Assembly to approve $6 million to go toward reducing gun violence in Pennsylvania.

The money would be distributed as Community Gun Violence Prevention and Reduction grants, which are administered by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.

Over the last two years, $3 million in grants have been directed. The projects funded by those grants are still ongoing.

The grants will be directed toward community programs that focus on evidence-based strategies or promising practices as recommended by the Governor’s special council on gun violence.

Those programs aim to prevent suicide by gun, reduce community violence, prevent domestic violence-related shootings, reduce the likelihood of accidental shootings, and combat mass shootings.

How much of that money gets funneled to gun control lobbying groups? I'm guessing a lot.

The FBI names 10 Pennsylvania's most dangerous cities. Not only that. Maryland, which has extreme gun controls, is now going to surpass over 600 homicides for 6 years in a row. If they fix these, there would be no need for gun control.

aim to prevent suicide by gun, reduce community violence, prevent domestic violence-related shootings, reduce the likelihood of accidental shootings, and combat mass shootings.

Think about the above. It speaks of HUMAN BEHAVIOR. If they study who is doing the bulk of it, it will be if no use, because that will be seen as profiling. Civil rights illegal.

Until they reduce the height of that hurdle they have allowed to accumulate, everything else is either a waste or a different violation of civil rights. OURS.

All just a smokescreen to use our tax dollars to pass more gun control laws that only further restrict the law abiding.
