    Not to necro an old thread, but:

    Montgo's redcoat JBT have suspended LTCF apps amidst covid. Bucks has not as of yet. Just something to think about. Happy I don't live in Montco. Especially with their history of adding illegal additional requirements for LTCF for YEARS.
