Rep. Kauffman is the chair of the PA House Judiciary committee. He has announced previously that he will not advance any anti-gun bills through his committee. This is a great stand on his part in support of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms in PA. It will prevent any of Wolf/Bloomberg's bills from going anywhere this session.
