Re: Anti Gun Bills submitted last friday
Can I get a volunteer to post a new thread in the Pennsylvania section entitled "Please email Rep Kauffman today, thank him for protecting the 2A".
Please include your concise email blurb as a suggestion for what people can send if they need help writing.
Include the link to Rep Kauffman's email form and a link to this thread.
I'm busy and can't do it until late tonight if no one gets to it first.
People can post the text of their emails in the new thread if they want to help.
Thank you.

Re: Anti Gun Bills submitted last friday
Will PA have 22,000+ show up for rally day, or wait until after the (almost) inevitable purchased flip of the legislature a-la Virginia?
Showtime is closer than we may think."You gotta be alive to get paid."

I am physically unable to attend the rally day but want to help. Ideas other than calling and emailing my reps which has already been done multiple times? I sponsored a bus seat for the VA rally for the same reason.

Re: Anti Gun Bills submitted last friday
Of course they won't. Anyone expecting them to is mistaken. The effort is mostly a political statement (except to a degree in those states were local sheriffs are the primary agent for enforcement of local laws). As a political statement, it is hard for gun grabbing politicians to ignore because it involves local politicians from their own parties taking sides, not just citizens who they routinely dismiss as "gun nuts". I believe it worked in VA where wavering Democrats representing Sanctuary jurisdictions broke from the Bloombergian mass of Democrat gun grabbers and stopped at least the worst of the legislation from advancing out of Committee. The movement galvanized citizens to act. Look at the attendance for their "Lobby Day", the equivalent of our annual rally, this year on June 8.
