Default 590 Shockwave legal to conceal?

So, a Mossberg 590 Shockwave is not a rifle and not a pistol...it is a firearm. Question is, is it legal in PA to conceal a 590 Shockwave on or near your person?

So long as you have a LTCF - Yes. The PSP declared it a "firearm". So carrying it is no different legally than carrying a Glock 26.

Only if you post your carry rig so the rest of us can follow.

Bonus rep if you swing by the Fayette County Courthouse and make them check it, since following the law is a burden for them.

Pennsylvania says it's ok, but I think the feddos might think the act of being "concealed on ones person" would transform it into an AOW. In a case or a vehicle, ok. Attached to your body, no.

    And of course, IANAL.

I doubt that I would actually carry it concealed...maybe with a shoulder sling under a long jacket...I'm more concerned with transporting it in the car and in the office type situations ( you know...like those days you bring your racquet ball case to work so you can hit the courts right after you get off work!)

Miami Vice style...LOL! Tubbs carried a shorty 12 gauge! No, not me...the Shockwave is definitely some compact fire power though!

I kind of want one, they aren't too expensive not to.
Now, just imagine if it was semi auto, and took detachable magazines! There are some cool AK and AR style 12ga's out there that fall into the same category.
