Default AG claims over 100 ghost guns confiscated

    .

    from GOA Pennsylvania on fakebook

A few weeks ago I wrote AG Shapiro's office & requested the records of the purported more than 100 confiscated ghost guns. That was met with a notification that it would take longer than the allotted 30 days for such a request & an extension was filed. I have received my final response.
AG's answer shows he's lying and can't produce proof

Appeal. Likely to get the same response, but worth a shot

I'm sure we could rearrange the question to avoid those pitfalls. Find when the AG spouted that nonsense, and file the FOIA with his office for, "the communications from PSP pertaining to such and such a speech". Maybe hit up the PSP, and ask them how many ballistics reports were required last year on weapons with missing (not obliviated) serial numbers. I'm sure the PAFOA brain trust can come up with something!

I think the last reason for the denial is always going to be their answer. You're not cop, you're just little people. You have no right to that information.
