Or take it thru an airport scanner undetected...the old Glock myth.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Re: States Sue Over Rules Governing 3D-Printed Guns
They really do believe that, or at least that's what they want their idiot sheep to believe. The plastic isn't hard enough to activate the primer, so there needs to be a metal firing pin. You can't print a spring strong enough to activate the pin, so you need that too. Plus there's all that metal associated with the bullet itself.
I still contend that anyone that fires a 3D printed gun is taking their life in their hands. Doesn't matter if it's only one shot. It could still fail on that one shot. This is a complete non-issue, IMO.Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: States Sue Over Rules Governing 3D-Printed Guns
I can remember those in our department in charge of such things saying no way to polymer guns. So they bought S&W stainless models of semi-auto 9mm's, and experienced the galling problems.
