Yep, and even Chicago lost that fight in federal court as a 2A violation.

more in depth ... just got home I live close lol essentially the board did the right thing in declining to proceed with any further action, One board member after the decision had been made (and motion denied) wanted to try to convince them to table it after the motion had ben denied, at this point after listening to this go on I had to stand up and basically ask what they thought not allowing a gun shop to operate would accomplish.... there was no answer. (I did this after public opinion discussions but I figured if she could try to bring back the motion I could reinforce the proper thought process.)

Good job! Do you remember the name of the Lady commissioner? Donna DiMeo or Allison Troy?

There were a few of us there I think of they want something done that actually makes sense they need to re evaluate their thought process. All I know is censoring photos and not allowing a business (that would not cater to children or criminals) to operate within the law will have zero impact and protect no one. I didn't even get a chance to get into what impact that would have on individual ffl holders that may run a business from their home and how that happened impact them.

That's probably a good thing, imagine the pearl clutching if they actually knew there were gun dealers operating out of their own homes. Chances are they don't realize that right now.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
