    Sounds like a good plan.
Strippers are expensive, no sense in spending that money twice.

    Your call.
I've PM'd him to confirm it, but it looks like he has the Gen 1. The Gen 2 I'm looking at would be a better long-term multi-use tool.

Anybody planning on participating have plunge/trim style router that we can use? If not, I'll either have to get one, or an adapter plate to use the larger standard router I have.

Correct on both counts. I bought with the intention of doing a rifle or 3. It is not the heavy duty model.

I've ordered the Gen 2 jig. They say there might be up to a couple of weeks delay on fulfillment due to the PA/VA crap going on. I'll post when it gets shipped.

OK, he says an hour/unit max once we have it figured out. Plus, since I have two more drill presses we could process two or three at a time. He also says that I have enough stuff t make it happen as it is (already had him over and checked stuff out) so we can wait 'til he and I get together. Of course, if anyone wants to come over and learn with me and cook bacon or something they are welcome, I'll let yinz know.

This particular jig system uses a router with an end mill through a bushing as opposed to using an actual milling machine. I'm attaching the instructions video for this system. Jump to 3:15 to see how the router is used. We can use a larger router with a different base plate/bushing system if need be. I, and a few others, have the larger routers.

I ordered a couple 80’s early this AM assuming they will deliver and the time line adds up I wouldn’t mind joining in both times to get them both done.

I appreciate you setting this up for everyone in this part of the state.
