One of the great things about this is that instructions are only needed for a couple of things, the rest of it is logical.

Large router base arrived today for the jig.

Doesn't fit my Porter Cable 7518 router.

Guess I'll be picking up one that I know will fit tomorrow.

Had a nice time at Walleye Hunter's. Took about 2 1/4 hours to mill my receiver. The jig is nice to use.

Router I used:

Finished receiver. I made one mistake, but it shouldn't be a major problem.

Wow that looks extremely clean. So how hard would it be for someone with no machining experience to successfully us your set up?
