I don't have a source, but I heard Colion Nior say something about trying to ban all semiautomatics that can hold more than 10 rounds. I may have heard it wrong, but he made it sound more restrictive than New Jersey and California.

    Fake news!

SB16 was withdrawn because a far-worse bill (HB961) was introduced.

    https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/leg...?201+sum+HB961

HB961 adds grandfathering with registration for "assault weapons" to make it more amenable for treasonistas who are fine with screwing over the next generation so they can say they aren't taking away your guns.

It also increases the penalty for a >10 round mag from a misdemeanor (in SB16) to a class 6 felony and bans suppressors and "trigger activators". No grandfather provision for mags, cans, or binary triggers, etc.

So yeah. NRA can take their victory lap now. Mission Accomplished. SMH.

Could some of the signs at the Lobby Day rally become illegal?? The world has turned upside down due to Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Should have showed up to vote when it was time to vote. Rallies are a day late and a dollar short. The only thing democrats know is power and not voting means they have secured power. WTF? Why doesn't that sink in? This Republic will someday fail and become a socialist state due to the fact the average citizen does not participate in self governance and gun owners should be doubly ashamed.

    Remember in November.

Or whenever they vote down in the old Dominion of Virginia.

You keep posting that gun owners and 2A advocates are not voting.
Please provide a source that shows that is the case.
