So new update. After setting the hearing date. I got a call from the District attorney's office. The complaint that was filed mentioned a different guy completely. Wrong height, weight, age. I still have to go make an appreance. But the case is basically tossed already. The Reversal letter was mailed out this afternoon too. This just goes to show how broken the Judicial system is. Thank you all for the advice.

sounds like the subpoena went to the correct address they just somehow got your information ..... little questionable on their part
