Not sure if it's true but I just read on another forum that Gov Dick head is taking responsibility for the safe and peaceful turn out of today's rally.

Does anyone happen to know how many officers he had there?

indeed it very well could have been a brightly colored string and it'd have been just as effective.

scruff, i forgot about the iron wall. was that continuous around the entire facility?
besides they were asking about knocking the chainlink down.

If/when we need a rally like this at our Capitol... I should be able to get there. For freedom, I think my boss would give me the day. Just let me know.

From what I saw on the local news it was down played quite a bit. All the news shots didn't show the masses of people BUT they did show the police taking away an anti protester - FINALLY. The report was that these antis were stirring the pot and the police came in and escorted them away from the NON VIOLENT protesters. About damn time!

I would be there also, just would need plenty of notice to decide what gun(s) I would bring Hmmm, 80% lower built AR pistol, full size AR, AR and VP9 in a tactical holster, M1A1 and 1911, decisions, decisions

Don't sit back and wait until it get's to the point of Virginia. By that time the damage is already done and the real work is to remove the laws has be be worked in the courts.

Armor up or pick out your best pair of shorts and be ready for the next PA 2A day on June 8th.

My fear is the laws pass even after today's peaceful success. My fear is what our duty is after the peaceful options have been exhausted.
