May I be your 1 time guest at LPRGC?
Hello, all, hoping i can find a bit of help!
Im looking to take a couple guns to the range for a function test asap, in light of current events.
I would like to test a ruger 10/22 charger, mossberg 500, ar15 pistol, and ar15 rifle. Only looking to fire maybe 20 rounds combined total, just enough to make sure they fire and cycle and sight them in.
If anyone could help, id greatly appreciate it! Id happily buy ya a cheesesteak or pizza for your time!

I would but they closed the club yesterday. Im trying to find out if they mean the outdoor ranges or everything. I think everything. I don't understand why as you can keep distance but oh well.

Attention Club Members,
Due to Governor Wolf's executive order closing PA businesses, we have been forced to temporarially close the club. We will send another email when we are able to resume normal operations.*
We will continue to post updates via the website (lprgc.org) and Facebook. Also, you may wish to join our sub-lists for Rifle, Pistol, Trap, Archery, and other interests. Members may post to all of those lists.

I'm making frequent trips to NCCSC to practice but I only go early on weekdays. Range opens at 0900 and I leave here around 0830. If you promise to behave I could take you along.

Re: May I be your 1 time guest at LPRGC?
So a private club in now considered a business? I don't see how sitting at an outdoors shooting bench is a high risk activity.
My club is open so far but they closed all group shoots. I would think they have a good relationship with LEOs since they regularly let them have a whole range for training and qualification. It would be ironic if one of them came over and shut us down.

Re: May I be your 1 time guest at LPRGC?
I was over at NCCSC on Wed for work night and they were discussing the chirus and the meetings, etc. They are going to cancel the general membership meeting until further notice but will hold their board meetings. There was no discussion whatsoever about closing the ranges down. In fact they even talked a little about the indoor shoots that they hold once a week in winter months. It's not much of a range but if we want to shoot indoors we can do it once a week.

LPRGC is open until at least Monday. Here now with a couple people on the 100 yard range and a coupe on the 25.
