Gun shop around Philly to transfer multiple lowers?
Looking to stock up on some lowers from PSA. Anybody know a shop that will charge a reasonable amount to transfer 10 or so lowers at the same time i.e. won't charge me $40-50 per lower?

Donnleys in Quakertown charges $25 for first $20 for each after. Could always ask for a deal on ten.

You're probably better off finding a home-based FFL for that. I did something similar a while ago, and found a guy with good pricing. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was something like $15 for one item, $10 for a second item, and $5 each after that.

Nope, not at all. When you call into or do the electronic version of PICS (or NICS if not in PA) they don't ask how many and only in a few instances do they ask if it is a long gun or handgun. The 4473 lists all that were bought at that time and no one see the 4473 unless it is subpoenaed by a court or the ATF is doing an inspection of the FFL.

Make the drive to cabelas in Hamburg. They'll price match Anderson lowers and I think (you'll have to call) they will charge $8 for all of them.
