Yes, I meant New Mexico!! I apologize, I was typing in the middle of the night, without having slept the previous night. I am sorry. Can you please re-reply with New Mexico as the subject of this post? Thank you

No need to apologize. You should experience no problems in your trip. In New Mexico just be sure to make sure your gun is openly visible in your car. It is a Gold Star Open Carry state and very gun friendly. I have made this trip many times. But it will not hurt to familiarize yourself with the laws of the states you are driving through. Some states have a requirement to notify law enforcement if you are carrying and some do not.

handgunlaw.us is a good site, this one
    https://www.concealedcarry.com/dynam...y-map-builder/
is another resource someone showed me. It uses a slightly different approach, you give it the license(s) you have and it shows you where you can carry.

For states you travel in a lot I really suggest getting a carry permit for those states if you can. I like to have a permit issued by the state I am in rather than try to explain the concept of reciprocity by the side of the road at night.

Lol no man. Despite some heated conversations I've only even been warned a couple of times.

Half of the time I would even say I deserved it.

that said, don't be a stranger.

Hello again. thanks for your replies previously. i believe this picture from https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/ is incorrect because it shows Ohio as a state where PA LTCF holders can carry. Did the website make a mistake?

The reciprocity list on this website ( PAFOA website ) does -not- list Ohio as a state which has reciprocity with PA. Which website is correct? Thanks for the replies.
