The way it’s worded seems like the current 80% BS really effects dealers selling them and not end users as much buying them from non FFLs.

Pretty much. It's a bullshit interpretation not backed by law so in reality they can only badger FFLs because they regulate them via licensing

Yes, FFL's are required to run a PICS check on 80% lowers as of today. Here's the directions for the new policy:

Again it's still not a law unless they can show me what was passed in the house . Also it's only going to apply to ffl holders which means companies that are not ffl holders can sell you whatever the hell they want.

Go with AR15safespace.com team delta tactical has gotten much better but for service and price AR15safespace is great, also rockeybrass.com has the whole add to cart to get the better price as well. Both are phenomenal places to order from

They sell primarily crap stuff to people who don't know any better. Once in a while you find a deal on a brand name item.
I ordered from them once. I can't get off the mailing list. I'm currently playing my own spamming game of using their "contact us" form to ask things like "why won't you respond to me?" every day. Eventually they will get tired of me like you guys are!
