So, is it possible that despite the well won Court victory, PSP and Wolf bureaucrats are going to deny justice by refusing to officially clear FFLs to sell them without background checks?
I ran into a similar situation a week ago, although the vendor was not aware of the injunction at all. I did some online digging, and found the information below from the PSP website. I e-mailed him a copy of the link and he changed his mind very quickly. It's the second or third paragraph down, should not have to scroll very far. Maybe that would help you.

you would think given the current political environment all vendors would be paying attention to more of the things that are happening and their status.

I can't believe that the State wouldn't issue a reversal at least as quickly as their initial 'opinion' went out.

Vendors are paying attention to what affects their income.
Unless it's the main focus of their business, I doubt this inability to sell 80% lowers makes a difference to 90% of vendors.

I know someone that recently purchased an 80 percent pistol lower from a national online vendor with no issues.

Well figure tactical machining sells raw 80% lowers for 29.99 pretty sure a lot of lgs could cash in on that being local and cash and carry vs charging it.
