    That was my next question, after reading this;

    Please note: Some states may not allow you to legally manufacture a firearm without a serial number (like the state of NJ). Please be sure to do your due diligence and make sure you are following your state and local laws before attempting to manufacture a firearm. This is not intended and should not be construed as an advertisement or offer for sale of any of our products to New Jersey residents or any person in New Jersey.

    they need to actually make it a law in order to issue a letter to them telling them not to ship.

    On page 5 of the AGs response to the lawsuit as posted in post #107 the AG said this:

    Within days of the issuance of the opinion, the Petitioners filed this action seeking an injunction to immediately suspend the law and to halt background checks as required under the UFA.
    When writing your representative be sure to let them know that the AG is making firearm law that is supposed to be the job of the legislature only.

    I saw that as well except it's still not a law by definition as it wasn't enacted by legislature. Also it's not his job to interpret the law it's his job to prosecute and he's not even doing that well

    He's literally worse than any of the scum that he's charged with prosecuting.

    Being these items, for most of the country, are still objects, and not "firearms", they are not traceable nor needing transfer papers (like buying a cordless drill). If a "trust" purchased them, and was sent to a PO box for the "trust", then who "owns" the item? There are such things as "checking account trusts" that are easy to open.

    Just thinking out loud.......

    Of course, if somebody wants to "seize" the items once you get them, why not just hand them any old block of metal of the rough size and say: "here you go".

    I'm no lawyer but the trustees or "responsible persons" would be held accountable, just like on a nfa trust

    While I like the thought process I am done with having to be creative, these fucks need to be stopped now and we shouldn't have to fight for something that is our right both legally and ethically. The only way for us to start keeping any ground is to not give any ground, no more compromising they only want to take till it is all gone vs find a solution to the actual issues.

    There are three branches of government; executive, judicial, and legislative.

    The AG is considered part of the executive branch, NOT the legislature.

    This AG needs a civics lesson.

    And this is what people need to be making sure their representative knows, that the AG is making “law” and then demanding that their representative puts a stop to it in this instance and every future instance that may be coming.
