But yet, here I am at 4pm wringing my hands waiting for PSA to ship it! LOL!

How could I pass up a Dizzy for $189? Now I need to get a build plan for it...all I know is I want an A2 carry handle for the rear sight and maybe a tri prong flash hider. Not really feeling full on retro so I might go with a MOE stock and fore grip? IDK, what do you guys think? Post 'em if you got 'em!

I put together the a rife using the same upper sometime back and it's probably my favorite AR-15 rifle for the range. I put repro A1 furniture and flash hider on it from Brownells.

Very cool! I build more AR’s than the average bear, and I’ve been at it since about the beginning of the “Building” phenomenon....right after the Billary Clinton AWB expired! I’ve taken all that experience and now have my OWN design. And I build each one to these design specs.

I’m not a fan personally, of the retro styling. Although I love AR’s through & through, and I cheer each builder doing what appeals to their own personal fondness. I would recommend a free floating Handguard over the MOE. But I guess you are not wanting to change the barrel nut? Well, I’ll just throw this out there...you can pick up a FF handguard, like one of the tubular styles, which are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and very inexpensive...like under $50. And if you weren’t able to swap it yourself, there are many people here who have all the special tools, and would be happy to help you swap handguards. I for one LOVE working on AR’s! And I would feel absolutely privileged to help a fellow enthusiast & 2A patron! I’m always available lol able to help, and I never charge a dime! I simply enjoy passing on what I know to others.

If you are looking for a new Flash Hider, let me recommend the Surefire 3P Eliminator. It is a three prong FH, and one of best performing. It is also extremely affordable. I’ve been using them for all my AR builds for the last 7 years. And I have no intentions of switching. It’s also a great looking piece, besides the exceptional performance.

I did mine with the MOE rifle furniture and a carry handle. Basically the same upper, but with a stainless barrel.

I already have an Anderson no-logo lower and a PSA MOE lower build kit. Now I just need to get a BCG, CH and carry handle to put it together. Then I can decide what FG to go with. That is the fun of AR's...they are like lego for adults!

Man, PSA don't fuck around anymore! I ordered it on New Years Eve and it is scheduled to be here Monday!

Anyone see any cool rifle length hand guards lately? I have been eyeing up a few different offerings but some of these prices are more than I would have in the whole rifle!

I kinda like the M203 heat shield look...or CAS-V (A.R.M.S.) but damn! $$$$$$$

Even PRI Deltas are a bit spendy! I might just stick with MOE for now!
