It also depends on who else brings out what at SHOT next month.

I might have to shoot one before buying. I have a FN so IDK if I would buy a second gun in the same caliber with different mags. However that said if it is superior to the FN, perhaps I would sell it and buy the Ruger. Time will tell.

I traded my FiveseveN last year. I'd wanted one for years, got a great deal on it, but wasn't happy with the gun overall once I had it. Bunch of small issues made it less appealing. I kinda wish I still had it, but it financed another purchase and then some. I want to get my hands on a rental Ruger-57 and put a couple hundred rounds through it before I decide to buy one. I may even wait for a used one to show up.

I am on my second FN pistol with no issues. I sold the first one a long time ago and just recently picked up another. Now I need to pick up a PS-90. What little problem did you have?

The gun functioned fine. I just didn't like the trigger or the safety. Also, I have big hands and I didn't find the grip all that comfortable. Mine was an earlier model, so the aftermarket was pretty limited. I could have tinkered with it, but I didn't want to break anything out of fear of not being able to get spare parts and I didn't want to deal with FN's absolutely shitty customer service.

The irony is, I'd shot the FiveseveN many times before I ever owned one and once I had one, I had no interest in shooting it. And I was really high on having one to go along with my PS90. I guess my priorities and tastes changed as I've gotten older.

Speaking of the PS90, that's one gun in my collection I will never willingly part with. I love that rifle.
