Just to point out, a year from now when you graduate from being a sexagenarian to becoming a septuagenarian, you don't get a handbook. You're on your own. On the bright side, you can say what you want (not that you don't probably do that now).

Only three die-hard old guys in the gym this morning at 0630. Two are 71 and 73 respectively, and me at 65. Normally there's 8-10 people in there each AM.
