    Hmmmm. A so called assault rifle with "at least one military feature" is all semiautomatic rifles with a detachable magazine, assuming that the detachable magazine is one of the so called military features. The only exception would be no evil features and a permently attached 10 round magazine. If thst is the case, it is a stricter definition than California, which I believe allows one evil feature.

    It's like the New Jersey Legislature..... ten rounds, then six rounds and now five rounds.

    They get into a bidding war about it.
