Looking from Philly to Allentown for shop

I'm trying to upgrade my duty pistol.

I want to get a Sig Sauer P229 Legion RX, before the end of the year for tax purposes.

Unfortunately, it looks like there isn't much stock out there due to the model being changed for next year with a different sight.

I'd like to find it locally before I have to use gunbroker.

I've already checked with:

Tanners
Target World

Anybody else worth checking with?

When I got my 229 Legion I had to special order it through Tanner's. I couldn't find any shop that stocked them locally either. You could try King's, Classic Pistol, Clayton's, Targetmaster etc, but I think it would be hard to find without ordering it.

Up 309 there is Eastern Arms and Donleys, the Handgunner in Topton might be worth a call (today till five and Saturday or else not this year), Quinbys in Dublin, Straight Shooters in Perkiomenville. (All shops I have done business with with good results)

Try Atlantic Tactical in Philly. They are at State Road and Rhawn Street, near the prisons. They only sell to LEOs and carry Sig's at the LEO discount price. That's where I got my P229 Legion from a few years ago.

Though if anybody is going to the York show today and sees a P229 Legion RX, I'd appreciate a shout-out. I can go tomorrow, but I'd hate to drive 4 hours for a bust.

Heritage Guild gun shop and indoor range in Easton, PA has a great selection of Sig products. 507 Outfitters is right behind Heritage Guilde and while Sarco probably won't have what you're looking for it's a cool shop to checkout.
