LTCF Application - Renewal or New Application?

FWIW, when I renewed from Montco to Philly in early November, I checked "Renewal", but I was instructed to sign-in with my initials in the line for NEW applicants.

We are at the mercy of people who believe or have been told they can improve things through the powers inherent in the position they hold. School principals that decree a cookie shaped like Florida is a firearm. Clerks in Phila LTCF office "keeping guns off the street" wherever/however possible. Governors who either believe in "gun (people) control", or owe pay-backs to Bloomberg, Soros, and Mothers Against Name It.

They never waste an opportunity to create a crisis or use an existing "crisis". I'd say it's a chess game but that would be insulting chess players. They all know perception is reality, and all you need do is influence the perception. The FISA warrant is a good example.

The printed news began with alerting readers when government exceeded authority and when things needed attention. Today there is not a word about what is cooking in legislatures, but we know all about house fires and traffic jams and the gun problem.
