A teeming crowd at Moms Demand Action lobbying day at the Virginia capitol.

Virginia Passes Gun Ban At Capitol Before VCDL Event

Well once again it looks like that knuckle head Jared shown in the above video Guns and Gadgets NOT to be confused with Mike from Mr Guns and Gear jumped the gun and put out half assed information.

No actual law was written or passed, it was a rule passed by the special rule committee from everything I have read which was quite a few articles and it appears that it effects being inside the building. If the 5-10k people who say they are going to show up actually do I bet very few of them will make it in or actually planned to go in. Unless more detailed info is released on it I do not see any penalties to violating this rule anywhere so that tells me it's just another feel good thing that is unenforceable .

I also saw several Virginians in his youtube comments say they personally contacted the capital police who verified that this RULE is for those inside the building. Now I would keep my eyes and ears opened for more information to come out hopefully from those running the rally but already people are in all kinds of a panic saying they will leave their arms home others saying tings like "this is why we need to start shooting." While it may come to that one day it shouldn't be because some dumbass who was in a rush put up incorrect information.

Lobbying begins at 8AM at the Pocahontas Building, the rally gathers at 10:30AM, kicks off at 11AM. Per VCDL lobby day page FAQS:

- Sheriff Scott Jenkins of Culpeper County, willing to deputize thousands if necessary to save their gun rights
