That Monday is a holiday....

It is MLK Day but I checked with the guys and they say that their legislature will be in. Welcome to PAFOA, I see that you found the quote button so we can see what you're referencing. There are no buses from PA as far as I know but if you go to State to State 2A Awareness' fakebook page (you might have to join their group to see what's going on) you can ask there what is going on. They have buses from all over VA going in and you could catch one in the western part of the state and ride in if they're not full yet.

Apparently a few new bills filed today in VA. Bills will affect transportation of firearms (HB568), indoor ranges (HB567), and reciprocity (HB569). So much for the incremental approach.

Virginia Beach, the largest city in VA, just went 2A sanctuary, even though they had a mass shooter in their municipal building in May who killed 11. And they allowed open carry at their meetings, including when taking public input on the sanctuary city motion.

I've gone from needing a ride to being able to offer one or possibly two seats.

My wife and I are planning to drive south Sunday, overnight at some motel half an hour or so north of Richmond, and be at the demonstration early Monday morning. Return time Monday but we don't know when yet. We might make an overnight stop on the way north depending on departure time (here to Richmond is about 4 hours).

We're in Malvern, PA. Luggage space will be limited - room for long arms is doubtful. especially with two passengers. Non-smokers only. SF fans, techies, and strategy gamers preferred. Please be prepared to take a turn at the wheel and chip in for gas and food money.
