We cant we file a legal stop to the sales database being used(even existing) as and even referred to as a registry by law enforcement?

I thought that they are semifinished, and require a skilled machinist to finish them?

"skilled machinist" depends on your frame of reference. You can buy a machine that does the work for you, you can buy a jig that lets you use cheap hand tools, or you can do the work on a knee mill as a professional machinist might do.

Or on plastic ones you can just hog it out with a dremel

And he’s the departments Firearms Instructor. He has been with me many times while I’m carrying my P80 SC, and he’s seen it, knows about it. Maybe he’s just biding his time before he TAKES it from me!! LOL. (Btw, he is also a combat vet..member of the Corps... Semper Fi Marine)

The only time a cop could get possession of my firearm LEGALLY, is if I was involved in a self defense situation. In which case, worrying about the gun would be the least of my concerns.

As I said, read US & State law! Our 2A gives us these rights, and US law is already ROCK SOLID! We have the RIGHT to build our own firearms. That includes carrying!

This isn’t Commifornia! Pa does not have a “registry” or “roster” that people are lawfully OBLIGATED to follow. The PA registry in question is for law enforcement. Has nothing to do citizens following the law.

US law is already ROCK SOLID!
Then explain, please, why the 2nd amendment does not prevent the passing of the 20,000 restrictions on the books of the several states. Why you are required to obtain a LTCF to carry a firearm concealed. Things like that.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

So as of right now, if you are legally allowed to own a firearm, are you able to order an 80% if you live in PA?

    It looks that way, yes.
Even if "enforced" they seem to only be restricting FFL's, meaning non-FFL's aren't involved.

It looks to me like some FFL's stopped shipping to PA, while other presumably non-FFL's continue to ship to PA.
Regardless, the DA announced he is not "enforcing" his ridiculous mandate for the time being anyway.

So if you find an outlet willing to ship to PA you are good to go (for now).
JSD Supply is shipping and they are located in PA.
