It looks that way, yes.
Even if "enforced" they seem to only be restricting FFL's, meaning non-FFL's aren't involved.
It looks to me like some FFL's stopped shipping to PA, while other presumably non-FFL's continue to ship to PA.
Regardless, the DA announced he is not "enforcing" his ridiculous mandate for the time being anyway.
So if you find an outlet willing to ship to PA you are good to go (for now).
JSD Supply is shipping and they are located in PA.How can you have any cookies if you don't drink your milk?
