Oddly, I don't think I've ever bought (or asked for) a gun for Christmas. Probably because I just buy 'em as I want 'em (and can afford, and find deals)...

Finally pulled the trigger on an M1 Garand, it was a consignment gun that had been on display for one hour and fifteen minutes before I walked into the shop just to browse and maybe buy a gun raffle ticket or two. It’s on layaway since I wasn’t planning on the purchase, so I would love to get it in my hands before Christmas, but it will probably be sometime in January. Probably gonna convert some other things into cash for the balance, if I can. If not, I will eventually get it either way.

Didn't get myself a gun for Christmas this time. Money is a bit tight right now. In the past though I've gotten a Bushmaster rifle for Christmas as well as a Coonan .357 Magnum semi auto. And I also celebrate Christmas in July since it should come twice a year. For this one Christmas in July I got a Wilson Combat Paul Howe Tactical Carbine in 5.56 and a Nighthawk Predator 10mm.
