It's been about a year since I have been there but I do not remember there being any signs up and I know my wife had her handgun in her bag since I was the one having the procedure done.

i thought it was "banned" in all hospitals, like with malls.
i've concealed in lehigh pocono, the new monroe st luke complex, cedar crest, muellenburg, st luke bethelehem and probably a few others.
only problem i've ever had was with ekg's and carrying. you can't, messes up results. gotta unstrap and leave it with the rest of the metals on the chair or table.

sometimes my conceal isn't so concealed. i usually conceal in crowds like that, simply throwing a jacket over an OC counts.

A firearm shouldn't impact an EKG, as it is looked at generated electrical activity between/along the axis created by the to points (1 point for chest leads) of the electrodes.

Outside of pocket carry however, it would be fairly hard to CC during an EKG.

dunno, they kept getting irregular results until i finally got the rest of the metal off me.
    maybe coincidence.
it struck me as odd too, it isn't a magnetic test.

MRI is a magnetic test but the power of the machine would have most likely disarmed you when they turned it on.

In my case it would have interfered while the Doctor was performing the stent procedure,I also knew quite quickly upon getting ER services I would be having EKG,And scheduled for stress test that afternoon and next morning stent !

I wear a medic alert bracelet because I have a pacemaker and it was recommended by my doctor because he said an MRI would suck it right out of my chest
